Terms of Use for Jackpot Pitch Showdown
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Jackpot Pitch Showdown ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a legal guardian to use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial training purposes only. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, or sell any part of the App;
- Reverse-engineer or extract source code;
- Use the App for any commercial or unlawful purposes;
- Circumvent or disable any security or access controls.
3. No Account Required
The App does not require any user registration or login. All features, including video analysis and progress tracking, operate locally on your device without the need to upload or link personal information.
4. No In-App Purchases or Ads
The App contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscription services. All training content and features are available for free without any hidden costs.
5. Internet Usage
The App is designed to run offline and does not send or receive data over the internet. No internet connection is required for its core training and analysis functions after the initial installation. (Note: An internet connection may be required to download the App from an app store).
6. User Conduct & Safety Warning
While using the App, you agree to the following:
Safety First: You are solely responsible for ensuring a safe training environment. The App provides training guidance and should be used in a clear, open area away from people, animals, and fragile objects. Always warm up properly and do not overexert yourself.
- Proper Use: You must not use the App while operating a vehicle or machinery.
- No Exploitation: You must not exploit bugs or use unauthorized tools to modify the App's behavior.
- Lawful Use: You must not use the App for any unlawful purposes or attempt to access its underlying code or systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to training methodologies, video analysis algorithms, graphics, source code, audio, user interface design, logos, and the "Jackpot Pitch Showdown" name, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and are the property of the developer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part without our prior written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms. We are not responsible for retaining your locally stored data, including training videos and progress, upon termination.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App's form analysis or training recommendations will be error-free, accurate, or lead to improved performance.
- The App will function without interruption or meet all your expectations.
- Your locally stored data (videos, progress, etc.) will never be lost due to device failure, OS updates, or accidental deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or device malfunction, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Your use of the training content and techniques within the App is solely at your own risk.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect any changes.
